If your game is selected as a finalist, we'll showcase it across our website, social media channels, livestreams, and promotional materials.
To help us present your game adequately, please provide the requested assets following the guidelines below.
Some fields may be left blank if unavailable.

When submitting project links, they all should start with a https:// and you should fill them in using the most relevant one following this priority:
Game Page → Developer Page → Publisher Page

RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
Please provide the requested assets as closely as possible to the specifications below.
We're a small team of non-paid volunteers and our promotional materials, Finalist videos, social media posts, website profiles, livestream graphics, and printed materials are generated directly from the content you provide.

Providing correctly formatted assets helps ensure:
1) Your game looks its best.
2) Your media is used accurately.
3) The review and production process runs smoothly and you don't force us to search inside several folders of your presskit, cut out a 5 second clip from your 3 minute trailer or 2 hour-long "Let's Play" video or even have to dig the Internet for proper screenshots or gameplay footage. Be warned: making us have to resort to these measures may result in us using possibly outdated media, deciding for you what we show of your game or even, ultimately, if you completely disregard these rules, penalizing your submission in our review process.

Preview Screenshot*Enter a link to a square screenshot / gameplay image that will be your game's profile cover in our site.
Requirements:
- Keep it SQUARE ratio'd (1:1), with AT LEAST 500x500px
- PNG or JPG formats preferred
- Keeping it lightweight (under 250KBs) is preferred
- No text, UI or logos overlayed in the image (we handle the text labels on our side).

High Res Screenshot*Link to a high-quality screenshot / key art for promo materials (press releases, social posts, events, printables).
Requirements:
- AT LEAST 2500px
- 300 dpi preferred
- PNG or JPG formats preferred
- No logos or text overlays

High Res Logo*Link to a high resolution isolated logo of your game for our media creation purposes.
Requirements:
- AT LEAST 1920x1080px
- 300 dpi preferred
- PNG with transparency or vector format preferred
- No background or shadow effects

Gameplay Footage*Please link us to gameplay footage of your game so we can include it in our promotional videos. Ideally, it should be a series of quick gameplay clips (2s per clip is ideal) edited together in a quick reel so that we can best show your game's highlights in our Meet The Finalists video.
Requirements:
- MAXIMUM 15 SECONDS duration. Grossly disregarding this may get your submission penalized.
- 1920x1080 preferred
- Keeping it lightweight is preferred (we love .mp4)
- No text or logos overlayed in the image preferred (it's not a deal-breaker but it looks better if you don't)
